We have used Jersey Appliance several times over the years, and they continue to provide excellent service for all of our appliance repair needs. Yesterday we had Chris repair both our dryer and dishwasher and he was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He finished both repairs in a timely manner. Thank you for the continued great service.

The service I've had on my 2002 Refrigerator during the few times I've needed it, including just now, has been nothing short of magnificent. The company that made the refrigerator is out of business, the part that malfunctioned, having to do with keeping the unit from freezing up and stopping functioning, had to be replaced with an update that had to be located and special ordered, the technicians, two of them, clearly knew exactly what they were doing, their system of documenting the work done and billing is state-of-the-art. It's a family business and looks to be the best of the best.

Brian was not only courteous but did outstanding work. He explained everything and was meticulous in cleaning up. My husband does kitchens and was very impressed with his work ethics. We highly recommend.

Great service all around! Called in about my LG Side by Side that was only 2 years old and the freezer was no longer working.
They came out in under 2 hrs. and was able to replace the unit.
The technician was awesome!

4 year old dishwasher started acting up. Mike came out and was very respectful and friendly, diagnosed the issue in 10 mins. Had the part ordered and installed the follow week and the dishwasher is back up and running. I would recommend this company and Mike for any future jobs!

Our LG refrigerator was pooling water inside and I called Jersey Appliance. George arrived promptly at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem as a blocked pipe and fixed it very quickly. Excellent work. Very friendly service.

Jersey Appliance was prompt, courteous and professional. they diagnosed the problem and came back within 24 hours to fix my dead refrigerator. Great experience will def use again. Brian was very professional and pleasant!

Dryer died. Wonderful repairman Mike came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had parts on the truck. Dryer repaired in minutes. Excellent repair and enjoyable conversation. Highly recommend.

I am so so thankful. We called 2 days before Thanksgiving and were desperate to have our oven fixed. They rearranged their schedule just to fit us in and came and quickly fixed our oven. I can't even explain how much it meant to us that they did this. While it was expensive, the fact that they went out of their way to help us made it worth it. Thank you!

Our LG gas dryer stopped working. Called Jersey Appliance. The associate on the phone was polite, professional and friendly.
Technician (Kyle) arrived on time, was very nice and did a great job. Dryer is working perfectly, and the bill was fair and reasonable.
Will definitely use Jersey Appliance again.
Hopefully not to soon though !

Jersey Appliance is The best! I have used their service for 15 years for residential and business. I call, get immediate and excellent service and repair.

JA techicians came to replace my induction cooktop. They were quick & did expert work - and they were courteous, tidied everything up, & showed a lot of care, even helping to replace the drawers beneath the countertop afterward. A+
